The process is simple, really. You need technology to help your business run. You also do not need to worry about maintaining or servicing your technology because your time is better spent elsewhere. You need to be able to trust, rest-assured, and have confidence in your IT department. We don’t want to be considered as another vendor, we want you to see value in ISON. We want to be your "PARTNER…period." The process that we go through is straightforward. We like to start by helping you understand who we are and what we offer. From there, if our services sound like what you might be looking for, we need to understand what you are trying to accomplish; what are your current goals, problems, and needs. We also need to understand what your current environment looks like, what is the architecture, how that works for you, and how you utilize it. From there, we would like to give you an understanding of what we see as potential opportunities and how we can add value. Most importantly, we want to understand your business. We can only help if we have true insight. Insight is the ability to see beyond the obvious. In order to do that, we have to spend time with your team and understand how technology is working or not working for them. That insight helps all of us to maximize on your captial investment, accomplish your goals and ultimately, to increase your productivity.
