Jeff Shaffer
Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Jeff is a native Austinite and a graduate of Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi. He has been in the Information Technology business for 15 years. Jeff has worked for Unisys Corporation, Eastman Kodak, BMW Financial Services and Activant Solutions as well as others throughout his career. Jeff has provided solutions architecture services for customers such as the Executive Office of the President, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the City and County of San Francisco and Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals. Jeff and his wife Tina have four daughters. For rest and relaxation Jeff enjoys wakeboarding and waterskiing as well as reading, watching movies and speculating as to what’s really happening on Lost.
Steve Stone
Director of Customer Support
Growing up an Army brat, Steve has lived around the globe but has been proud to call Austin home for many years now. He attended The University of Texas at Austin studying biology and chemistry before changing his major to Computer Science. Steve has worked in the IT service industry in one form or fashion for most of his 30+ year career. He has worked for Motorola, LCRA, ERCOT and other Texas state agencies supporting 1000+ users in multiple locations. Steve and his wife Shannon have two lovely daughters and when not working, Steve enjoys working on projects around the house and hopes to take a sculpting class one of these days.
